Michelin Energy Saver+

Save up to 80 litres of fuel

Michelin’s Energy Saver+ tyres accommodate European drivers to save up to 80 litres of fuel, calculated per average lifetime of Energy Saver tyres (approx. 45,000km). 15 different tyre sizes were tested by TÜV SÜD for the lowest rolling resistance and Michelin Energy Saver landed first in 13 tests and second in 2.

Longevity

When compared to Michelin’s main European competitor brands, Michelin Energy Saver tyres last on average 10,000 km longer. Better lasting tyres means fewer tyres to recycle!

Tests carried out by TÜV SÜD and DEKRA in 2008, 2009 and 2010 on tyre sizes 175/65 R 14 T, 195/65 R 15 H and 205/55 R 16 V, with tyres available on the market at the time.

Shorter Stopping Distances

When measured against the predecessor tyres, the braking distance of Energy Saver is 3m shorter on wet roads.
