This this footage of a BMW being stolen in Clonee using transmitter & deflector to gain access is fairly eye opening!   It’s worth noting that in an article on independent.ie, Electronic engineer Pat O’Leary mentions that something as simple as a biscuit tin could save your car being stolen using this method. This would prevent a transmitter picking up the keys or fobs to allow access to the vehicle.   Check out the clip below;
